Overall aim is to impart the report writing and minute taking skills necessary for the participants to use at their workplaces. Participants will be able to effectively deliver accurate reports and minutes within specified timelines.

Participants will be able to:

  • Define report writing and minute taking
  • Illustrate the stages in report writing
  • Understand the difference between essays and reports
  • Understand the cycle of meetings and role of the meetings secretary
  • Plan, prepare and present well written and clear minutes
